Lena Szankay
Bio
She born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
She graduated in 2018 in Cultural Management and Policy at the National University of General San Martín. She is artist, Tenured Professor and Researcher in Photography for Graphic Design and Visual Communication studies at the National University of Lanús, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
She trained professionally in photography (Lette Verein Berlin 1992) and in Digital Media Design (Berlin 1994). Her works are in publics collections including: the National Museum of Fine Arts (MNBA) and numerous institutional collections, including Museo Caraffa (Córdoba), MEC (Salta), and FoLa (Fototeca Latinoamericana, Buenos Aires). Her books Santa Fe Litoral and Rompecabezas belong to the public collection from photobooks Centro de la Imagen, México D.F.

Su obra Fotobonaudi, Sunchales. Santa Fe. 2010, obtuvo el 1º Premio 2010 (Adquisición), en el Premio ArtexArte 2010 y forma parte del acervo de la Fundación Alfonso y Luz Castillo
