Pinta Lima is Peru’s only contemporary art fair, presenting in its 13th edition a strong program that celebrates the diversity of Latin America’s artistic and cultural scene. Held at Casa Prado in Miraflores, the fair has become an essential meeting point where a network of artists, galleries, curators, and collectors from the region connects with the international art scene.
Each year, Pinta Lima strengthens its program with distinguished curators to position modern and contemporary Latin American art on the global stage.
This year, Pinta Lima brings together more than 40 leading art galleries, featured across the Main, NEXT, and RADAR sections, along with special projects such as Video Project, Sculpture Garden, and Special Projects.
In each edition, the fair’s Main Section is composed of a carefully curated selection of galleries from different cities around the world, chosen for the quality and innovation of their proposals, highlighting the diversity and excellence of Latin American artistic production.
Porous Systems brings together artistic practices that operate through permeability and process rather than fixed positions. The section focuses on artworks that absorb and transform their surroundings, moving across material, emotional, ecological, and technological registers.
The NEXT section continues to focus on young galleries and emerging artists. Moving away from the rhetoric of “discovery,” NEXT proposes a critical reading of the “emerging” as a category, delving into both the working structures of the galleries themselves and the practices of their artists.
El Special Project Homenaje de Pinta Lima 2026 está dedicado a Carlos Runcie Tanaka (Lima, 1958 - 2025), un artista cuyas indagaciones desde la cerámica, en encuentro con la tradición prehispánica y los soportes de la instalación, son un referente fundamental para la historia del arte peruano y latinoamericano. Esta exhibición reunirá una serie de obras que dan cuenta de la persistencia en el oficio y la actividad obstinada de la reconstrucción de los segmentos de cerámica, que como organismos vivos constituyen la fuerza de un río.

The FORO is a reflective space focused on new perspectives of the Latin American artistic ecosystem.
The Awards and Acquisitions Program aims to support artistic practice and encourage collecting, while underscoring the importance of Pinta Lima as an essential meeting point for the international art community—where art is not only exhibited, but also recognized, celebrated, and promoted toward the future.

Melen (Lima, 2001), one of the most outstanding young artists of his generation, is participating in the current “Making Context” group exhibition, curated by Martin Gustavson and Rodrigo Gomez Olivos.
The Inca Garcilaso Cultural Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs presents the exhibition “Varguitas, The Truth of Lies”, a moving visual journey through the life and work of Mario Vargas Llosa, based on images from his family albums and from the photographic archive of his daughter, photographer Morgana Vargas Llosa.

The exhibition “Colorismos” at the Peruvian gallery Proyectoamil brings together Peruvian artists Fabiola Adama, Juan Pablo Bernuy, Juan Carlos Catacora Gutarra, Ximena Ferrer Pizarro, André Daza, Melen, Sergio Pacheco, Walther Sánchez, and Kinshiro Shimura. It reflects on chromatic hierarchy and how it defined racial imaginaries and aesthetic canons.
The exhibition at Casa Fugaz, brings together artists who began their careers in the 1980s in Peru, an era marked by violence, uncertainty, and economic crisis. Through painting, installation, and video, these artists offer an introspective and critical look at the historical moment they lived through.
